Role Overview
British Cycling is hiring a full-time Marketing Lead to join our marketing team based in Manchester. This is a new role within our Brand and Engagement Directorate, working alongside our communications, content, creative, customer engagement, and membership teams to enhance our brand narrative, strengthen engagement, and increase reach and relevance.
As a senior member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with Customer Engagement, Content, and Creative Leads to develop effective marketing plans that drive revenue, build brand equity, and enable everyone to experience the joy of cycling. This role offers an opportunity to develop and launch innovative consumer- and fan-centered products, unleashing creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
You will lead our Marketing Managers in achieving objectives and work closely across the business. Experience in consumer marketing, prioritization skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential.

About You
Technical capabilities and experience:
* 7 to 10 years’ experience in marketing roles, including driving awareness, conversion, and managing teams.
* Strong knowledge in product marketing with a proven track record of revenue generation.
* Understanding of demand generation, lead generation, and direct response strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and use data insights to guide strategy.
* Customer-first approach with persona understanding.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
* Strong attention to detail.
