Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Early Years – Up to £28,000



The nursery is a well-established setting with an experienced, caring team and a calm, child-centred approach to early years care. Practice is consistent across the day, with a strong focus on quality interactions, routine, and children’s wellbeing.



As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an active role in the day-to-day care and learning within your room, working closely with colleagues and supporting EYFS standards. The role suits someone confident in their practice, comfortable working as part of a team, and able to build positive relationships with children and parents.

* A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.

What You’ll Need

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
* Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and parents
* A caring, consistent approach to child development and wellbeing



What You’ll Do

* Support daily routines, care, and learning within the room
* Deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

* Use everyday routines and play to support children’s development
