The Role We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Customer Service & Client Communication Manager who can elevate our client experience. You’ll lead a small team, optimise our call-service and customer support tools, and ensure every client interaction is timely, clear, and exceptional. What You’ll Do Lead and support the customer service team; model strong communication and service excellence. Manage daily client communications across email, and digital platforms. Own and optimise customer service tools (call systems, CRM, ticketing). Oversee daily operations of the contact centre, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met across all metrics. Improve workflows, KPIs, and response processes. Ensure high-quality email management and communication standards. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and consistently. What You Bring Experience in customer care or client communication roles (beyond basic support). Strong knowledge of call-service tools, CRM systems, and tech-enabled service platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead people effectively. Highly organised, solution-oriented, and confident managing multiple channels.
