3. Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
5. Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
6. Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
8. Ensure all financial documentation is organised and stored appropriately.
9. Assist with audit preparations and address any queries from auditors.
10. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
