Our client is looking to expand its team with a Residential Surveyor in the Crawley area. They are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
* £45,000 - £55,000 Basic
* £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Residential Surveyor requirements:
* AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
* RICS Registered Valuer
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Surveying
* Full UK driving licence and access to own car
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
* Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
* Homebuyers Surveys
* Building Surveys
* Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
