Head of Sales / Sales Director Leading Public Affairs Data Subscription Business

Central London (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in-office)

As Head of Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives to drive revenue across the UK market. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative B2B sales environment.

You’ll work directly with the Commercial Director and leadership team to refine the Go-To-Market strategy, improve sales processes, and deliver ambitious growth.

Own and deliver UK sales targets and growth plans
Execute and refine sales strategies to support both new business acquisition and account expansion
Use performance data and sales metrics to drive continuous improvement
Deliver 1:1 coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members

Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in subscription Sales, SaaS, or political / business intelligence sectors
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
Inspirational leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing teams
Data-driven approach with a strong grasp of forecasting, KPIs, and sales analytics
