* Manage derivatives brokerage on CBOT and MATIF markets, developing relationships with clients across funds, trading houses, banks, and institutional clients in oils, soft oils, edible oils, biofuels, biodiesel, and wheat.
* Market and execute liquidity swaps, futures, and options in grains, agricultural, and soft commodity markets (primarily grains, edible oils, biofuels, etc.).
* Actively drive business development with new and existing clients, bringing new contracts to market and acting as a spokesperson/salesperson for the brand and service offerings.
* Prepare and distribute market data to clients for analytical and business development purposes.
* Collaborate with the internal team on the growth of new lines, clients, and markets.
* Stay updated on market movements and developments across the derivatives, soft commodity, and agricultural markets.
Experience:
* 3-5+ years of experience in a derivatives brokerage covering soft commodity and agricultural commodities.
* Good understanding of the grains and wheat business across North America.
* Desire to expand the book in a small, established, and growing agricultural futures desk.
* Business development and sales focus with a team-oriented mentality.
