What an opportunity for a Global HR Business Partner to join this commercial organisation (based in Hertfordshire) where you will act as a coach, advisor and change catalyst across Global client groups. This is a high visibility, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery.
* Partner with Senior Stakeholders globally to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals
* Act as a coach and thought partner to leadership
* Drive a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability, celebrating behaviours
* Lead and implement global talent initiatives i.e. talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development.
* Provides second level operational HR support to People Managers on Employee Relations and people issues
* Provide insight and data-driven advice, supporting business and workforce transformation.
