Initial 3-Month Contract
The Opportunity
We are working with one of Formula 1s most iconic teams, to recruit a skilled CNC Turning Programmer, Setter & Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to the production of high-performance, precision components used at the very pinnacle of motorsport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines to produce complex, high-precision components
* Work on advanced multi-axis turn/mill platforms within a high-performance engineering environment
* Interpret engineering drawings and CAD data to manufacture components to tight tolerances
* Support continuous improvement in machining processes, tooling, and efficiency
* Ensure all components meet strict quality and inspection standards
* Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to meet demanding deadlines
Machines & Controls
You will be working with cutting-edge equipment, including:
* DMG Mori Turn/Mill platforms:
o ALX1500
o NLX1500
o NLX2000
o NLX2500
* Controls: Mitsubishi 730UM and 730BM with CELOS
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter/Operator)
* Strong background in multi-axis turn/mill machining
* Experience with Mitsubishi controls (730UM / 730BM) xxuwjjq and/or CELOS interface
* Ability to manufacture complex, tight-tolerance components
* Experience in motorsport, aerospace, or other high-precision industries is highly desirable
* Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

* Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday
* Hours: 06:30 18:30
