An award-winning construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities
1. Full commercial management of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account
2. Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
3. Procurement of subcontractors and management of subcontract packages
4. Valuations, variations, and change control
5. Cost reporting and cash flow management
6. Final accounts and client liaison
7. Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance
About You
8. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
9. Strong understanding of commercial management and construction contracts
10. Experience delivering projects up to £10m (or similar scale)
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
12. Ability to work collaboratively within a strong commercial team
