This role is for a hands-on Underwriting Manager to lead a team within a dynamic, people-first business. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on being present, engaged, and respected for their expertise in bridging lending.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a team of underwriters — providing mentorship, structure, and day-to-day leadership. The team is technically strong and looking for a leader who leads from the front and supports with consistency.
You’ll need:
* Bridging finance underwriting experience — a must-have
