Key Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising on-site activities to ensure project delivery
Overseeing drainage, slab, and ducting works as per project requirements
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Handling project documentation and reporting progress to senior management
Ensuring that work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines
Job Requirements:
Strong background in heavy civils, particularly in drainage, slab, and ducting works
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in managing blue-collar workers and ensuring high performance
Understanding of health and safety standards and practices
