Role: Pastoral Manager Location: Wakefield (WF4) Pay: £460 – £600 per week (Depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time Do you have the leadership skills and pastoral experience to support students’ wellbeing and behaviour in a specialist school setting? GSL Education are seeking a confident and experienced Pastoral Manager to work in a specialist provision in Wakefield (WF4). This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Pastoral Manager who can provide strong pastoral support, promote positive behaviour, and help students overcome barriers to learning. As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders to ensure students receive the guidance and structure they need to succeed.
