The Role
We are hiring an Account Director / Commercial Director to take ownership of key client relationships and drive commercial growth.
This role sits close to the founder and senior team.
You will be trusted with major accounts, complex proposals, and high value projects. Expectations would be to bring your own accounts.
This is not a reactive role. You will be expected to think commercially, act proactively, and take responsibility for outcomes.
If you prefer structured corporate environments, this will not suit you. If you want autonomy, pressure, and the chance to grow fast, it will.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and grow high value accounts across market research agencies and consultancies
Lead commercial conversations around pricing, feasibility, and delivery strategy
Spot opportunities to increase revenue within existing clients
Work closely with operations to make sure projects run properly
Take control of proposals and negotiations, not just pass messages
Build long term relationships with senior client contacts
Contribute to how the business grows, not just your own accounts
Help maintain a high performance culture as the team expands
What We Expect
Strong experience in market research data collection, fieldwork, or sample
Experience working with research agencies, consultancies, or panel providers
Comfortable managing large accounts without supervision
Commercial mindset, not just project management
Proactive personality, not reactive
Confident speaking to senior clients
Attending Industry events on behalf of the company, both domestic and International
Able to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple projects at once
Comfortable in a fast-growing company where things move quickly
Willing to be in the office minimum 2 to 3 days per week
Interested in future leadership, not just a job
