This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional with a mechanical or electrical background to lead a small team delivering planned and reactive maintenance within a busy commercial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineers, ensuring compliance, maintaining high service standards, and acting as the key point of contact on site while remaining technically involved when required.
