How You'll Make a Difference
As the pricing finance business partner, you will support the Customer Banking business deliver appropriately commercially priced products to TSB customers. Through your knowledge of pricing frameworks, return analysis, funding, risk and capital inputs and commercial/competitor considerations you will maintain a strong control framework in which the financial assessment of pricing can operate in.
You will oversee an analyst; coaching and developing them to deliver accurate, consistent output which is easily understood by business stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering pricing recommendations to the Head of/Director of Customer Banking Finance Business Partnering.
Maintenance of strong Stakeholder management with the Customer Banking team is key to the role, becoming a trusted advisor with whom they can share thoughts ahead of formal pricing proposals. You will be responsible for communicating, challenging and supporting them with their proposals, being very responsive and working to tight timelines dictated by the fast-paced external market.
What You'll Bring
An understanding of pricing frameworks, and different ways of assessing returns.
Strong excel modelling skills, interpreting complex spreadsheets with adequate governance/control.
Are able to communicate across a wide verity of stakeholders from differing backgrounds.
Technical mindset and are able to deep dive into problems.
