We've teamed up with the fast growing hair care brand, Hairburst, who are now in the market to secure a Affiliate Marketing Executive (TikTok) to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand at a stage where they are scaling at pace both in the UK & Internationally.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Strategy
* Lead the delivery of Hairburst’s TikTok affiliate programme, ensuring consistent, sustainable, and scalable growth.
* Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement new TikTok creator partnerships and affiliate opportunities to strengthen our reach and performance.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure affiliate activities are fully aligned with commercial priorities, promotional calendars, and brand objectives.
* Conduct regular testing across creator types, content formats, promotional tactics, and messaging to optimise results and consistently improve performance against KPIs.
Affiliate Reporting & Insights
* Deliver clear and regular reporting on TikTok affiliate performance, extracting actionable insights to guide strategy, optimisation, and future planning.
* Provide monthly performance updates, summarising key results, progress against objectives, and outlining next steps.
* Keep up to date with TikTok trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to maintain Hairburst’s competitive advantage and drive innovation in the channel.
Partner Management
* Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with TikTok creators and affiliate partners to maximise brand engagement, sales, and long-term growth.
* Identify opportunities for growth and pitch creative, data-informed campaigns and briefing ideas to drive incremental revenue.
* Support the planning and delivery of strategic partner initiatives, including campaign briefs, co-marketing plans, and performance reviews.
* Ensure all affiliate communications, content, and promotional materials on TikTok are accurate, on-brand, and up to date.
* Negotiate favourable commission rates and campaign terms to maximise value for both Hairburst and its partners.
About You
* Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, including its creator ecosystem, content formats, performance metrics, and influencer marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience using TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Affiliate Manager tools to manage, optimise, and track affiliate activities.
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within a social commerce, e-commerce or beauty-focused environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Creative thinker, highly organised, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering impact.
