The Opportunity Work on diverse projects ranging from small domestic alterations to multi-million-pound developments Full project lifecycle involvement: design, client interaction, budgeting, and delivery Collaborate closely with planning and architectural teams Clear scope for progression, increased responsibility, and commercial exposure Who We're Looking For Graduate / Junior Structural Engineer 1-2 years' post-graduation experience within a UK consultancy BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering Working towards chartership Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients Experienced / Senior Structural Engineer 4-5 years' consultancy experience Chartered or working towards chartership Commercially aware with solid client-facing experience Comfortable leading projects and contributing beyond core design duties General Requirements Strong technical design and analytical abilities Solid understanding of structural engineering principles Interest or experience in Party Wall work (desirable) Office-based with regular site visits as required We are flexible and happy to consider candidates from early career level through to established senior engineers, depending on experience and salary expectations.
