Are you a skilled Planner looking for your next challenge in a thriving and collaborative environment? We’re working in partnership with a highly respected planning and development consultancy to find a driven individual to join their growing team in Bristol.
The Role:
You’ll be involved in a diverse range of planning projects across the South West and beyond – from strategic land and urban regeneration schemes to mixed-use developments and sustainable communities. Whether you're recently MRTPI qualified or bringing a few years of experience, this role offers a fantastic platform to grow your career with genuine support and progression opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
2. Advising clients on planning strategy and policy
3. Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
4. Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and the wider project team
5. Keeping up to date with legislative and policy changes
What We’re Looking For:
6. RTPI accredited degree (essential)
7. MRTPI or working towards chartership
8. Experience within a consultancy or local authority environment
9. Strong communication and report writing skills
10. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for planning
