We''re building the world''s leading climate and deep tech early stage venture firm. The team has a successful track record of founding, building and investing in some of the most successful tech companies of the last 20 years on both sides of the Atlantic. We’ve made 26 investments, with fifteen of these companies raising over $490m in follow-on capital.

We are looking for someone who has a track record of leading projects from idea stage to completion. The person in this role will be expected to operate independently on a day-to-day basis, and manage others in the team on projects.

A core responsibility of this role is to build strong relationships with senior executives and other industry leaders. We need someone in this role who has experience dealing with C-level leaders at Fortune 500 companies, and who knows how to earn their trust.
Someone who wants to be a strategic leader - not an investor.
This is a leadership role within our fund, and a position that will have a major impact on Transition’s future trajectory. It is not a stepping stone to an investment role.
