What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire your team, coordinate shifts, and provide exceptional, person‑centred care. You will:
* Write care plans, complete reviews, and deliver personalised care.
* Oversee safe medication administration and complete MCA assessments.
* Champion training initiatives, including Train the Trainer for moving & handling and act as a Fire Marshal.
* Foster effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues, maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
* Inspirational leadership experience in a care setting.
* Proven ability in writing care plans, completing reviews, and delivering person‑centred care.
* Experience with medication administration and MCA assessments.
* Passion for staff development, training, and safety initiatives.
* Strong organisational, communication, and proactive problem‑solving skills.
