Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Roman Way Academy is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 or in small groups with children with high needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in our welcoming school. You will work 30 hours 15 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. with a 30-minutes unpaid lunch break. If part-time 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to 12:p.m. to 3:20 p.m, 38 working weeks per annum, term-time only. We reservice the right to interview and appointment prior to close date. We are seeking to appoint A caring and adaptable individual who is committed to supporting pupils with SEND Someone who can provide tailored support and adapt to the needs of individual pupils A team player with excellent communication skills Someone who is forward thinking, dynamic, hardworking and enjoys working with children. The candidate must demonstrate full commitment to the academy and its aim to raise standards.
