The Private Client Team is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to help deliver a first-class service to their clients. The company provides clear, concise, and practical legal advice to private clients, business and commercial clients, as well as farmers, landowners, and landed estates. They take great pride in delivering high-quality legal services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. The team is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes and solutions for their legal matters.
What you\'ll do
* Accurately complete legal forms and documents
* Translate digital dictation into client correspondence
* Own diary management and scheduling
* Handle client queries with warmth and professionalism
* Manage inboxes and calls, filtering and prioritising effectively
* Keep the wheels turning with day-to-day administration
What you\'ll bring
* Typing speed ~65 wpm (or faster)
* Experience with a case management system (preferred)
* A sharp eye for detail, quality and accuracy
* Strong planning, communication and time-management skills
* Confidence juggling a full workload under pressure
* A team player who can also work independently
* Solid skills across Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
