Key Duties and Responsibilities
As our new Car Technician and Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Full Mechanical Repairs: Handling servicing, maintenance, and complex engine work.
* Diagnostic Fault-Finding: Using modern tools to solve difficult electrical and mechanical issues.
* Extreme Variety: Working on everything from everyday commuters to high-performance supercars.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every repair meets our strict standards for safety and excellence.
* Collaboration: Contributing your skills to a high-achieving, efficient workshop team.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified: NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds (Light Vehicle Maintenance).
* Technical Skill: Strong mechanical ability across all areas of vehicle repair.
* Mindset: A natural problem-solver who can work to timescales without rushing the finish.
* Attitude: Positive, reliable, and someone who takes genuine pride in their tools and their trade.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
