Job Title: Team Assistant/Office Manager
Location: St Regent's Street, London
Remuneration: £22.00/hour (Contract: Temporary)
Contract Details: Start Date: ASAP until 30th June 2026. 4 days in the office (Monday-Thursday).
Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to create an exceptional team environment and enhance employee experience. 🏢
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive communication between executives, central teams, and business partners to share information and best practices, ensuring efficiency. 🤝
* Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and maintain availability for travel changes, ensuring a seamless experience for the team. ✈️
* Resource Management: Own expense management, oversee supply planning, and resolve related issues while partnering with finance on budget tracking and reporting. 💼
* Calendar Management: Provide strategic calendar management, prioritize high-impact meetings, and maintain constant communication with managers and stakeholders. 📅
* Event Coordination: Manage, plan, and develop events in partnership with the wider EA team, ensuring successful outcomes and effective resource use. 🎉
* Project Ownership: Balance multiple complex projects, providing operations and project management support while ensuring accountability for outcomes. 📊
* Space Management: Oversee space management processes and resolve escalations, ensuring optimal use of office spaces. 🗺️
* Team Management Support: Lead team experience activities, facilitate recruitment efforts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 👥
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in Administrative or Business Support roles, particularly with scheduling, travel management, and supporting executive management.
* Passionate about enhancing the office experience and fostering collaboration.
* Proactive and collaborative mindset, demonstrating ownership of responsibilities.
* Comfortable working in-office 3-4 days a week.
