Service Care Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Social Care Team in Preston. As an associate recruitment consultant, you'll recruit for key social care roles including support workers, care staff, and registered managers, across the East Midlands and Northeast London. It’s a warm desk with active clients, established relationships, and plenty of room to grow in the private sector. In this role, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from finding the right candidates and coordinating interviews to securing placements and supporting temporary staff with timesheets. A big part of your success will come from building strong relationships with local authorities, charities, and private sector clients. No experience? No problem.
