Graduate Learning Assistant – September 2026

£95 to £115 per day

Our school is looking for a motivated Graduate Learning Assistant who can work with children on a one‑to‑one basis and in small groups. The school highly values academic knowledge and seeks someone who shares this ethos.

You will work alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to support children in their attainment and progress. Responsibilities include supporting children’s learning up to GCSE level, adapting instruction to the needs of individual students, making observations, and carrying out sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.

Key Skills and Experience Needed

• Degree preferred, preferably in mainstream curriculum subjects (English, Maths, Science, French, History, and others)
• Experience working with children required
• Understanding of special needs or learning difficulties
• Contribute an enthusiastic and creative approach to learning
• High levels of professionalism
