As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings.
Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
* Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and safety standards
* Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct repairs as necessary
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Skills:
* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the electrical field
* Experience in renewables would be a huge benefit!
