Job Description
3. Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments from clients.
4. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
5. Chasing overdue payments.
6. Communicate with customers to resolve payment queries effectively.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
8. Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies promptly.
9. Work closely with internal teams to address billing issues.
10. Prepare reports on accounts receivable status.
11. Assist in implementing credit control policies and procedures.
12. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
13. Previous experience in a similar credit control or accounts receivable role.
14. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
16. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
