This role includes providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Scan various documents and save
* Phone support, taking calls, 1st level response
* Maintain stationary levels (Carrier doc wallets, CofOs, Envelopes, Jiffy bags, etc)
* Any other duties as required from time to time
* Updating different Systems
* Stock control
* General office support
* Excel spreadsheet
Experience/Knowledge
* Good telephone manner
* Knowledge of customer service principles
Skills/Abilities
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise own workload and manage own time commitments
Hours of Work -
Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
