Strategic relationships are vital to the success of our Clients business as is continued Growth and Investment - due to this continued commitment we are looking to appoint a Management Accountant who is likely to be Part Qualified AAT
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
* Annual Salary of c £30,000 - £38,000 - this will be dependent on AAT Qualifications and depth of experience
* 25 Days Hols - PLUS - Bank Hols
* Hybrid working will be offered after probation
* AAT Study Support if needed
* Health Care Cover
* On Site Car Parking / Kitchen and Restaurant facilities
THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT and SKILLS NEEDED
The role will report to the Finance Controller and will work as part of a proactive / commercial Finance team. The main element of the role will be to provide Financial and Management Reporting data to the FC and Board - this Financial information will be used to assist in making Commercial decisions.
We are looking for either an AAT - Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience a character who can demonstrate a min of 2 / 3 years previous Management Accounts preparation experience.
Other elements of the role and skills needed includes;
* Strong Excel Reporting skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Self motivated and be able to plan own schedules / deadlines
* Experience across - Balance Sheets / Cash Flow Reports / Budgets and Forecasts / Pre Payments and Accruals
* Ability to be flexible across a range of Projects
