Your new role Due to an upturn in work they are now looking for a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of high-end residential schemes. As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing project costs and procurement processes, ensuring financial efficiency from start to finish. A solid grasp of construction practices and cost control is essential. Duties to include: Source and procure subcontractor and supplier packages. Track and manage project costs to maintain budgetary control. Prepare tender documentation and assist in contractor and supplier selection. Negotiate favourable terms with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and budget adherence. Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align financial and construction goals.
