Key Responsibilities
* Negotiating residential property sales from offer to completion
* Generating and converting new business opportunities
* Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Following up leads and enquiries to maximise conversions
* Supporting vendors with pricing, feedback, and sales strategy
* Progressing agreed sales and liaising with solicitors and buyers

Skills & Experience
* Minimum two years’ experience in residential estate agency sales
* Strong track record in property sales and new business generation
* Confident negotiator with closing ability
* Professional and effective telephone manner
* High customer service standards
* Proactive and self‑motivated approach
* Well presented and credible with clients
* Local knowledge of Witney or surrounding areas helpful
* Full UK driving licence essential
