The Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our new childrens residential home. Youll play a central role in designing and delivering a high-quality service that reflects your passion and vision for excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full setup and day-to-day management of the childrens home.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
Operate in line with Ofsted regulations and the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 .
Develop and implement individualised care plans with support from our behavioural team.
Recruit, lead, support, and supervise a dedicated care team.
Oversee budgets, staffing, resources, and administrative functions.
Foster strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a childrens residential setting.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted standards and childrens home regulations.
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to safeguarding.
Full UK driving licence (required).
