About the Role:
As a Sales Negotiator you will play a vital role in our growing business by:
* Arranging property viewings and market appraisals.
* Registering purchaser details and matching them with suitable properties.
* Following up on viewings and securing offers.
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
* Guiding sales through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Generating new business through referrals from auction, legal services, financial services, surveys and removals.
* Adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

* Previous experience in the property industry is essential.
