About the role
You will work alongside the Senior Performance Officer to provide the organisation with insight and aid in business decision-making through the analysis of data to advise and execute decisions for the business.
The role holder will be required to deliver:
1. The collation and provision of statutory reporting, performance information and trend analysis.
2. Support teams throughout the organisation by supplying ad hoc data requests of new projects or improvements.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation using data skills and experience to upskill and encourage best data practice and more efficient ways of working.
4. Liaison with business leads on performance reporting
5. Provide analysis on data across the business to aid the corporate decision-making process.
6. Support Housemark returns and other annual and quarterly returns demonstrating performance
7. Support the Senior Performance Officer to complete the Annual Statistical Data returns for Regulatory functions for Cornwall Housing Limited (CHL).
8. Compile information for the business risk reports [strategic and operational] on a quarterly basis.

To be successful; you'll be:
9. Strong analytical experience
10. The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
11. Experience of using: Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau or SharePoint
12. Excellent IT, communication and presentation delivery skills and the ability to apply these in a range of mediums with a particular focus on current Data Software
