Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a D365 Support Consultant to join our dynamic team within the Managed Services division. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, delivering, and supporting cutting-edge solutions on the Microsoft D365 platform. This position demands active engagement throughout the project lifecycle from presales to operational handover, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and on-going support.
Responsibilities
* Solution Delivery: Craft and deliver robust Microsoft D365 solutions, encompassing Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and the broader D365 ecosystem.
* Client Engagement and Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients, conducting workshops to capture requirements and formulate technical designs, acting as a strategic advisor for their D365 needs.
* Leadership and Mentorship: Take an active role in mentoring and training team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* High-Quality Deliverables: Demonstrate consistency in delivering high-quality solutions and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Time Management and Budget Awareness: Maintain accurate time records, stay mindful of commercial budgets, and adhere to consultancy best practices.
About you
* Have an excellent understanding of Microsoft D365 components and can consult and advise clients on the broader D365 platform.
* Provide insightful business analysis consultancy to guide solution design decisions and capture requirements effectively.
* Demonstrate leadership in designing and leading solutions using Dynamics CRM, taking overall accountability for client outcomes, and collaborating closely with project teams.
* Craft robust Microsoft D365 solutions encompassing Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and the broader D365 ecosystem.
* Collaborate closely with clients, conducting workshops to capture requirements and formulate technical designs.
* Execute D365 solution implementations as needed and provide ongoing support to ensure the sustained success of deployed solutions.
