The Role
As a key part of the team, you will assist fee earners with a range of legal and administrative tasks, including:

* Drafting legal documentation and correspondence under supervision
\t
* Preparing SDLT and Land Registry forms with accuracy and efficiency
\t
* Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly
\t
* Time recording and maintaining case files in an organised and methodical manner
\t
* Providing typing and administrative support to the department
Who We’re Looking For
\t
* Previous experience working as a paralegal in residential property
\t
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements
\t
* Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
\t
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
\t
* Good IT skills, including experience with electronic legal forms and case management systems
