This is a full-time opportunity working with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in structured, well-supported school environments.
We are looking for individuals who are calm under pressure, confident managing behaviour, and committed to making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 and small group classroom support
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Assist with lesson delivery and targeted interventions
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in SEMH, SEN, PRU, alternative provision or care settings
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Emotionally resilient and consistent in approach
• Clear communicator with professional boundaries
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil progress
