Due to growing demand for MPG's services, we're recruiting for this ENTRY-LEVEL/EARLY CAREER role within MPG's marketing operations team.
A MARKETING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE in MPG will mainly work on the following types of tasks:
* Setting up Google Analytics (GA4) (GTM) and Google Tag Manager for a range of B2B clients.
* Building and updating MPG’s proprietary marketing performance reports in Google Looker Studio and analysing marketing data to create marketing intelligence to feed into data‑led decision‑making to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
* Updating and optimising clients’ websites - including optimising for search engines (SEO), AI‑led search (AIO), enhanced user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
* Analysing, organising and building marketing data sets to support targeted campaigns.
* Supporting implementations of marketing technology software and integrations - including systems and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Adestra, Marketo, Zapier.
* Other tasks and duties as required by your manager, our clients, and/or the business.

* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio for conversion tracking & website/marketing performance measurement.
* A good understanding of SEO and AI‑led search optimisation.
What is not essential, but would be an advantage?
* Knowledge of PPC/Paid Media - specifically Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
* Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, A/B testing & automation workflows.
* Knowledge of data hygiene practices, list management & segmentation.
* A relevant university degree.

Office hours & office location (hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office in Central London)
We usually work 09h00 – 17h30 GMT/BST. We also offer flexitime, including extended lunch breaks (for a visit to the gym or to go for a walk, or just have a longer lunch). MPG operates a hybrid working policy, with 2 days per week in the office (WeWork, 10 York Road, London, SE1 7ND ). All team members have a WeWork membership giving them access to office space 7 days a week.
Flexible. Finding exactly the right person for the job is the most important aspect of recruitment for us, so we don’t fixate on a specific start date, but ‘as soon as possible’ is usually our request!
