We are looking for a commercially‑ minded Client Manager to grow our portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
* Run discovery calls and guide customers to the right product
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Work closely with the marketing team to improve the pipeline and drive growth
* Help define messaging and growth playbook
* Track performance, targets, and client satisfaction
* Use automation tools to improve efficiency
* Manage automations and pipeline in our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
Requirements
* 7-10 years of experience in sales, customer experience or client management
* Proven ability to grow accounts
* Comfortable communicating over phone, video calls, email, or in-person
* Proactive with high ownership and accountability
* Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with automation tools
* Within easy commute to central London (we have hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office)
