Up to £13.81 per hour
Hours:
30 hours per week, including weekends, with guaranteed hours for planning your week ahead

What you'll do:
* Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs for the hotel
* Lead during service—organizing the team, managing workflow, ensuring smooth operations
* Prepare, cook, and serve menu items, from breakfast to pub classics
* Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, and keep team records up to date
* Run shifts and support new team members
