Overview
A Preschool Practitioner plays a key role in providing high‑quality early education and care for children aged 2–5, creating a warm, stimulating, and safe environment where every child can learn and thrive. They support children's development through play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS, observe and record progress, and build strong, positive relationships with families.
The role involves safeguarding, supporting daily routines, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a nurturing, inclusive setting that promotes each child's confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
