Basic Salary up to £25,000
* Full Time Position
* 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

* Monday – Friday (+ Weekend Overtime Available)
The Role:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment.
* Provide and manage routes and jobs for engineers on the road.
* Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Coordinate schedules, appointments for colleagues and customers.
* Support other administrative tasks as required to facilitate office efficiency.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Familiarity with CRM is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Competence in computerised office systems and software applications.
