The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a skilled Sail Maker to join a well-established and reputable marine client based in the Fareham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialised industry, producing high-quality sails and marine products. Key Responsibilities: Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to manufacture sails Operating industrial sewing machines and other specialist equipment Repairing and altering sails to customer specifications Working from technical drawings and job sheets with precision Ensuring all products meet quality and durability standards Maintaining a clean and safe workspace Requirements: Previous experience in sail making, upholstery, or industrial sewing Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred) A hands-on, reliable, and motivated approach What's On Offer: Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience) Weekly pay Ongoing work with potential to go permanent Opportunity to join a specialist marine company Positions are limited - apply today or call Erin or Mia!
