Responsibilities
* Organize and take charge of company-wide events and team‑building activities (from brainstorming to research, logistics, and on‑site inspections).
* Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.
* Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for onsite and remote Spooners.
* Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and onboarding.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If successful, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate.
