Join Our Kitchen Team as a Sous Chef
We love real cooking — fresh, customer-led, and high-quality. Customers love it too, and we do it differently. As a Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, lead and engage the kitchen team to deliver 14 great shifts a week.
Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen runs effectively and safely, managing stocks, health & safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star kitchen standards. You're detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring food is prepared and served on time and to specification.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills
* Proactive work ethic, leading from the front, ensuring high standards
* Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
* Knowledge of KPIs and decision-making in the absence of the Head Chef
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, recruitment, and HR
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff
