About You
Are you the kind of person who gets a real buzz from solving problems and do you enjoy delivering great customer service? Do you want a job where your organisation skills and your ability to communicate are absolutely vital?
If that sounds like you, we would love to speak to you.
About the role
This role joins the service delivery team within our UK dispenser business, supporting business customers in environments like offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality settings. Working as part of a small team you'll be dealing with those customers daily, acting as their first point of contact for incoming trouble-shooting calls, resolving issues where possible and providing diagnostic information for engineers where a site visit is required. It's a role that requires communication, organisation and strong attention to detail to ensure that jobs and issues are logged and managed effectively through to completion.
You'll be working closely with planners, engineers and technical services teams, as well as organising the delivery of parts to sites and supporting engineers with all of the requirements for site access.
This position is based in our Bicester office. The team you'll be joining is currently located in Uxbridge but will be relocating to Bicester by March 2026. Until then, regular travel to our Uxbridge office will be required (expenses will be covered). Our hybrid working model involves being in the office three days per week.
To be successful in this role
You'll have a great phone manner, be organised and meticulous and have a good level of computer literacy (we will train you in the systems you will need to use) with proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools. You'll be good at managing priorities, thorough in your follow-up with customers and great at working with different teams to ensure excellent customer service. Empathy and resilience are always vital in a customer service role, and this is no exception.
Collaboration and communication are absolutely at the heart of everything we do at BRITA, and we are looking for someone who can make a difference as we grow and ensure that we do everything we can to deliver great service to our customers.
