Are you an experienced and confident Year 6 Teacher looking for your next full-time opportunity in Southbourne?
We are working with a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school seeking a dedicated Y6 Teacher who can confidently lead a class through this crucial stage of their primary journey. This is a full-time role and pay to scale.
The Role:
* Full responsibility for a Year 6 class
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
* Prepare pupils for SATs with confidence and clarity
* Implement strong behaviour management strategies to create a focused learning environment
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents and SLT
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A secure understanding of the Upper KS2 curriculum and assessment expectations
* Passionate, organised and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils
