Primary Teacher
Location: Horncastle and surrounding areas
Salary Range: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a motivated Primary Teacher for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across schools in Horncastle and surrounding areas, where your creativity and commitment will help shape children’s learning journeys.
As a Primary Teacher, you’ll have to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 classes, depending on your experience and preferences. This role is perfect for enthusiastic teachers who are eager to make a positive difference in the classroom and contribute to a child-centred school ethos.
Your Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
* Deliver creative and effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Support the development and wellbeing of pupils in a safe and inclusive environment
* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents
* Foster a stimulating classroom that encourages engagement and curiosity
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
* Uphold school policies and maintain high expectations for behaviour and performance
Primary Teacher Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience in teaching EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (placements included) as a Primary Teacher
* A strong grasp of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Ability to adapt to different school environments
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
